Request erasure

This form is available to EU and EEA residents (GDPR Article 17), UK residents (UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018), and California residents (CCPA). If you are the subject of an incident record—or their named legal representative—you may submit an erasure request using this form.

Identity verification is required. Requests must originate from the email address associated with the documented account, or include documented proof of account ownership. Every request and its outcome is logged in the public erasure request log.

Incident records may be retained under the GDPR Article 17(3)(d) public interest exemption; where a verified request is granted, the enforcement screenshot is removed and the record is annotated.
